Winston's "Justice for All" Celebrity Sushi Roll

I've generally had my fill of celebrity-inspired foods (wines, Cognacs, hoagies, etc.). But Zama's "Justice For All" roll deserves major maki props on several accounts.
Firstly, I've witnessed its namesake - Winston Justice - in action at the table, and take my word that the Eagles' 320-pound starting offensive right tackle has a special zeal for eating. He also has fine-tuned Southern California taste buds, so it's no surprise that Justice actually specified the fish he wanted in his signature roll - crab and tuna, with wasabi heat and fish eggs.
Leave the artistry, though, to chef Hiroyuki "Zama" Tanaka to wrap it up in team colors – with Eagle green (nori-flecked soy paper, scallions, fresh wasabi mayo) set off by black tobiko egg pop, with a flicker of spice and crunch. Consider also the $1 contribution for every order to the Variety Club charity (with over 1,000 in Zama's celebrity series and counting), and I can see eating this roll well into what hopefully will be a long and tasty playoff run.
